Therapeutic Sound Journeys with Gongs, Bowls, Chimes, and More

In this class, we introduce all of the sound healing instruments we use to create a therapeutic healing sound journey. We look at how we can weave our tools together. How to listen to our inner knowing to help guide our choices of when to add an instrument.

How we can use drumming to invoke trance states and deep journey work.

We introduce the Acutonics® planetary hand chimes and how they provide powerful ways to invoke planetary archetypes and their intervallic personalities. They are a great way to set an intention with the repeated focus of the journey theme.

Together we will collaborate and create a sound journey. We discuss the beginning, the middle, and the end. Students will be creating and presenting their sound journeys to the group.
